The Lecture will be given by Josef Mikulík, Director of the Czech Transport Research Centre and is entitled "Road safety in an enlarged Europe: challenges and opportunities for new and current EU members". In response to the lecturer, Ilona Buttler, from the Motor Transport Institute in Poland, David Sutton from the Transport Authority in Malta, Peter Holló from the Institute for Transport Sciences in Hungary and Tomaž Pavčič; from the Slovenian Ministry of Transport will provide the audience with their reaction to the issues addressed by Josef Mikulík. The Lecture will take place at 17.00 on Monday 26th April 2004, in the Scotland House, Rond Point Schuman 6, Brussels.
