Steve (and any others), Graeme here has been playing with Knoppix to make bootable CDs for classes (that's, ermmm, the sort of classes that have students in them, rather than the sort with methods). After spending a bit of time working with Knoppix, he ended up abandoning it, and using Morphix instead (http://morphix.sourceforge.net). He said that configuring it was a lot less hassle than Knoppix, and it was probably more flexible. It seems that it would be a breeze to create a Morphix `mini-module' containing the Starlink software, after which it would be easy to just add that to the standard Morphix configuration. Morphix is still nominally beta, but seemingly adequately stable. Just in case this is a packaging possibility.
