Dear all, Someone knows if there a 16 bit standard template (like talairach) for spect brain perfusion? I'm working with ECD tracer and i got 16 bit images: i'am looking for a database of images acquired with this tracer. If i normalize my 16 bit image with the spm template (8 bit) i'm gonna losing informations? Many thanks, stefano
