Dear all, I am just a beginner in SPM and I would like to create a MRI T1 template for neonates. My major problems are the following: 1. I have not access to MRI volumes from normal neonates. 2. I don't know how generate a geometric template using SPM2 3. I don't know how segment these volumes in order to obtain segmentaion a priori information. Your comments would be appreciated.
