Dear Friends: I'm designing an event related go/no-go fMRI study. In the test, 20% will be no-go stimuli. I know the interval between no-go stimuli should be randomized. Could any one give me some suggestions of how to optimize the inter-stimuli interval? It will be highly appreciated if any one can give me a sample script. Best Regards Jiansong
