Dear Colleagues - We have downloaded MoAEpilot example epoch (block) fMRI dataset from the SPM Central website from the "data" section. The readme file illustrates pre-processing for SPM99, however we have been using SPM2 to pre-process this dataset. When realigning, the meanr* (i.e. meanrM00223_004.img) image and spm99.ps outfiles are missing. The pulldown menus "Sinc Interpolation" and "Adjustment sampling errors" did not appear on the realignment menu, as outlined in the readme file. When attempting to normalise, the sequence of windows did not appear in the same sequence outlined in the readme file. Help. Thanks, Mike McIntyre, Uta Frankenstein, Nicholas Neufeld
