Dear SPMers,
We have acquired SPGR images in bruker format and
coverted to analyze using pvconv.pl perl script by
Matthew Brett. When i display the converted image in
SPM it looks absolutely fine. But when i try to
extract the 3D brain surface using render - xtract
brain ... i get the following error.
