Warren, We have been able to confrim, as described by Matthew Brett, that MARBARS does indeed let you plot activation of nonsignicant ROI's. The behavior I described was apparently due to an estimation problem unrelated to MARSBAR. The SPM plot function, does jump to signficant clusters,unless one uses the work arounds described in previous posts (lowering thresholds etc.) Best dc
