and the NERC Core Strategic Measurements for Atmospheric Science(COSMAS)
meeting, 12 - 13 August 2004.

************************************************************

The deadline for registration for the 2004 Gas Kinetics Symposium at the
standard rates (given on the website) has been extended to 1st June.
Registration after this date will incur an additional £50 cost. On-line
registration forms and print versions are available at the conference
website. There are substantial discounts for registration and
accommodation for students and further bursaries may become available in
due course to encourage attendance by younger scientists.

There is limited space remaining for poster contributions and any further
abstracts for posters should be submitted to the conference organisers
(e-mail to [log in to unmask]) by 21st May. All abstracts should be prepared
in a standard word processing package (MS Word is preferred) and should be
no more than one page in length, with a font size of 12 point Times New
Roman for the text and margins of 2.5 cm. Please format the page for A4
paper printing and include a heading with a title of your poster, the names
of all authors and a contact address.

The COSMAS satellite meeting will focus on Atmospheric Chemistry, with oral
contributions from NERC-funded UK researchers. All delegates at the Gas
Kinetics Symposium with an interest in atmospheric chemistry are encouraged
to attend the COSMAS meeting. The deadline for registration for the
satellite meeting is 1st June 2004, and there is a link to the registration
form from the Gas Kinetics Symposium website.

The conference website contains updated advice on travel to Bristol and
