Dear Fred, As far as I am aware, Depthmap is licensed on a 5-year basis, within which time you should have access to the latest version. I am sure the current update (Depthmap 4.061r) will be available from Space Syntax Limited shortly, although please note that they themselves have only just received it from UCL.
