A Masters degree in Economics/Health Economics or in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Operations Research or Epidemiology Desirable, but not essential are: . Skills in decision analysis, Bayesian statistics and use of WinBUGs . An understanding of alternative regimes for the regulation of health technologies and of economics of industrial organisation .
