Chair/Professorship in Operational Research/Systems Warwick Business School University of Warwick The School wishes to appoint a scholar of international standing to a Professorship of OR/Systems in the Operational Research and Information Systems Group. Warwick Business School (WBS) is one of the foremost in the UK and was the first Business School to be accredited by the three international agencies AACSB (US), EFMD (Europe) and AMBA (UK).. The School has strong undergraduate, specialist masters (including an MSc in Management Science and Operational Research), MBA, doctoral and executive programmes. The ORIS Group, one of the leading European groups, has particular research strengths in the OR/systems field in data envelopment analysis (DEA), scheduling and planning, simulation and strategic/soft OR. You will have a track record of international quality research, be able to play a leadership role in research and teaching and will join the current professors Wendy Currie (information systems), Ruth Davies (health care modeling), Robert Dyson (DEA and strategic OR), Harry Scarbrough (knowledge management) and Leslie Willcocks (information systems and outsourcing).
