Hi Heather

Just wondering what a 'renal' dose of vaccine is?

If they are classed as non-responders why would you be giving more vaccine?

Subject: Hep B non Responders

Hi I need some advice here as am just catching up on this subject after 3
years away.

Has anyone out there been involved in using a "renal dose" of Hep B
vaccine to non responders on standard regimen (ordinary members of staff
with no known renal issues)? If so have you come across any published
research into the subject which you can point me to and any other
information as to response rates, protocols for giving the vaccine, etc.
maybe done on a local basis.

I already have the info that drugs company does not licence product for
this scenario.
