When I used the Chester Step Test some years ago I seem to recollect it was copyright -I actually had to go to  to Chester University for training in its use.

We have a kit including a tape of the metronome and details of how to undertake the test, but it is not on PC. If you send me your address I can photocopy the instructions or if you'd prefer I could see if there are details of where we got the kit from. We also have the steps.

Can anyone send me the method of doing the Chester Step Test, for firecrews and does a metronome have to be used or is there another method of setting the rate?
