I did much the same as you. When I first started working for my degree, as part of the portfolio I needed to include a job description but there wasn't one, so I wrote my own. I was working as an RGN in a team of nurses lead by a qualified OH nurse. She looked at it for me, and after discussion called my job title - RGN working in OH.
