I would be grateful for
any comments or words of wisdom you may have on the following
query.
If a Personnel
department is unable to find some OH referral paperwork on their files that
a previous Personnel colleague made, in terms of confidentiality/data
protection could they rightfully expect OH to release a copy of the
referral from the OH notes without consents etc????
