Given the recent discussion in the OccHealth jiscmail group on the need
for Hep B boosters, people may be interested in the latest copy of Viral
Hepatitis, published by the viral Hepatitis Prevention Board. It has
several papers on the issue.
The consensus view (WHO, CDC Atlanta, European Consensus Group
Consensus) is, that although there's still some unanswered questions,
boosters are not required in immuno-competent people who have completed
a course of vaccination & had an anti-HBs level of >10 miu/ml checked
1-3 months after completing the primary course. Prof Banalava, the UK
Hepatitis Guru presented the European paper.
You can read it all on-line at http://www.vhpb.org/

Doubly impressive given the VHPB is funded by the vaccine companies!
