Subject: Sick Notes

Has anybody read the summary at the end of the NHS Agreement with GP Practices where the clause about sick certificates is? It seems that they are ceasing issuing sick certs from 2006 and I am wondering if anybody has put together any proposals for their organisation to monitor absences previously covered by GP sick notes?
