Thanks for the replies to my query about keeping notes for a company that had folded and not paid for the health surveillance work that the notes relate to.
I have checked with EMAS at the HSE and basically have two options, either keep the notes safe ourselves (due to COSHH regs) or send them to our local office with a covering letter for them to keep and decide on their future filing.
