Same as advised by Gill Kinselley, an assessment should be arranged with one of the organisations identified (The Dyslexia Institute have several locations and the ADA is also very helpful) to give an idea of what the level of the problem is and then a solution can be identified - and there are lots of solutions out there to support people. Do remember the individual's input as they may have been using support at home or in a previous role.

Subject: Educational Psychologist

Hello

My client has asked me to source an educational psychologist to assess the needs of an applicant who has failed the first part of a job related training course.  He has dyslexia and upon meeting with his mentor has identified that he felt he struggled with written tests.  The client would like to arrange to assess the content and format of their training curriculum to make sure it meets the needs of not only this individual, but other future candidates who may have dyslexia.

I have of course told my client that this is not my field of specialism, but have offered to try and help them source an appropriate professional.  Does any one out there know of a suitable expert in this field of practice? Any advice or other suggestions much appreciated,

Nicola Curtis
