Hi Samantha, our waiting period for appointments is dependant on whether a nurse advisor needs to see them (average wait - very urgent within 24-48 hours, urgent 3-4 days, non-urgent 5-10 days), or whether a physician needs to see them (urgent within 1-3 working days, non-urgent within 1-4 weeks). My non-urgent physician wait time as of today is sometime during the second week in November. I hope this info helps. Regards, Bob

I would be very interested to know how long employees wait for appointments once you receive a management referral for them.

I ask this as some of our managers seem to expect we see them the same day!
