Dear All

Does anyone in the NHS use gamma globulins in the treatment of high-risk contamination incidents?  And out of interest what do you do for non-responders if they do have a high-risk incident?

We are re-writing our BBV policy and these questions have come up and I wondered what other Trusts are doing.
