Message I've never been in NHS mostly industrial but most HR personnel have software with codes for specific codes for reasons of absences ask your HR dept. They collate the stats good luck Lesley king To NHS colleagues I am currently in the process of trying to get the Trust (via managers) to record reasons for absences.
