You might want to look at a model developed by myself and a colleague - Janet McGettigan - for our degree and published in the OH Journal in April/May/June 1994 - this references the model we developed and other OH models previously developed. Don't know of anything more recent which has been considered in professional journals. I have used this model to train managers of our role.
