I'm amazed that this is their advice without some guidance on the data protection act. I wonder how doctors would feel if they knew their reports were open to view by someone for whom they were not intended. In fact, many put a clause in their reports precluding the divulgence to other parties without their express consent. Don't know what others think about this? Another good debate perhaps.
