Have you ever tried lap top stands they are very effective. The best I've
found is from Osmonds, is aluminium, smart and does the job very well, tho'
its not cheap. Basically you get what you pay for. Some stationary suppliers
stock Monitor risers. A good adjustable and relatively cheap riser is one
made by Fellowes - have a look on their web site.
