The Colt lecture was published as

ANTHONY NEWMAN TAYLOR
Asthma and Work: The Colt Lecture, delivered at the Ninth International
Symposium on Inhaled Particles, Cambridge, September 2001
Ann Occup Hyg 2002 46: 563-574.

downloadable via http://www3.oup.co.uk/annhyg/ , free to subscribers and
British Occupational Hygiene Society members, 23 USD otherwise.

While you are at the Annals site you will find some other relevant papers
if you search for 'poultry'. Searching Medline on
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/PubMed/ for 'poultry' yields 94036
references! Poultry + asthma reduces this to 61. Some of them look very
relevant.
