I may not necessarily agree with it, but we have a treatment service as well as the OH Advisory service too. There are 5 nurses who run the treatment side covering all shifts and 2 OHA's who do the more proactive and advisory work. There are definite benefits to the company from the treatment service and although there are occasions where there are few injuries and treatments to deal with, we are progressing to give everyone real ownership of specific areas of expertise and providing a range of training to give them, the department and the company real benefits for the future.
