Hi Kate here at our Trust Safety was managed by OH, but now it under the umbrella of Health Governance which has 2 streams of control i.e. both clinical and non clinical risk. The Assoc Director of Health Gov would manage both the clinical and non clinical risk managers (we are awaiting the appoitment of the non clinical manager though I'm not sure whether that title will be used).
