Do any of you perform 'fitness to fly' medicals on employees who need to travel overseas on company business? If so, please would you tell me what you actually do in these medicals. My predecessor here did a whole range of tests including audiometry, spirometry and urinalysis etc but I cannot see the value in that. What does everyone else do please??
