Apart from rescuing people in confined spaces and to treat cyanide poisoning, are there any other specific risks that recommend oxygen as a first aid treatment. At present first aiders working in a factory making UPVC and another factory producing double glazed sealed units have oxygen training. However, I cannot see the benefit apart from a CPR incident ( which hasn't happened in 20 + years despite an aging workforce). your advice would be appreciated Paddy Lorenzen ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Please remove this footer before replying.
