Apart from rescuing people in confined spaces and to treat cyanide
poisoning, are there any other specific risks that recommend oxygen as a
first aid treatment.

At present first aiders working in a factory making UPVC and another
factory producing double glazed sealed units have oxygen training. However,
I cannot see the benefit apart from a CPR incident ( which hasn't happened
in 20 + years despite an aging workforce).

your advice would be appreciated
