Mary,

You may want to consider Functional Testing (FT) as an aid to determining exactly what therapeutic support (physio / osteopathy / chiropractic) they need together with assisting in the negotiation of work adjustments temporary or more permanent.

With kind regards,

Hello all,

I wonder if any of you would be willing to hl me.  I am currently
gathering information with view to developing rehabilitation/return to work
protocols for patients who have undergone hysterectomy or hip
replacement/resurfacing and any assistance would be greatly appreciated and
acknowledged. I am seeking information on three areas at present:

*       Does any one have any interview schedules/lists (formal or informal)
of questions they use when speaking to clients when trying to ascertain
fitness to return to work?
*       What sort of work adjustments are you negotiating for heavy manual,
light manual and sedentary work?
*       The duration of any adjustments.

Thanks &  regards,

Mary.
