Dear Colleagues,

Traveling these days. Read with interest the response to my note and then
the new reponse. I appreciated the comments .... I don´t think there is
that much of a gap between our points of of view.

These issues deserve a thoughtful reply. I will answer nest week when I
return from a wet, windy, and wintry Portuguese spring to my home in
tropical Southern Sweden.
