Hi Mike,

As a quick search I had a look in

HM Inspectors Reports 1910, 11, 12, 13 and 14 - No Mention
Chapman - "Stanton and Staveley" - No Mention in the Index
Williams - "The Derbyshire Miners" - No Mention in the Index.

There was a fatal accident at Markham on 8 Jan 1913, when 3 men were
caught by a fall. 2 were extricated, but 1 died. There is no special
mention in HM Inspectors Reports.

Sorry, no other references.
