Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Radio
£23,643 - £36,428 per annum

The School of Arts, Design, Media & Culture is seeking to appoint a 
well-qualified, enthusiastic and experienced Lecturer in Radio to join 
one of the largest radio teaching and research teams in the country, 
working in our new Media Centre which has state of the art facilities 
for radio.

It is essential that you have a good first degree in a relevant area, 
experience of teaching radio production, preferably in Higher Education, 
and specialist skills in radio in at least two of the following areas, 
live sequence/magazine production, commercial production, radio 
journalism, radio presentation, radio drama, documentary production, 
community/access radio, experimental radio, radio management or internet 
radio.

With recent experience in the radio industry and up to date digital 
production skills, you will possess a good track record of broadcast 
radio work of professional standing and/or published research in the 
area of Radio Studies and will make a contribution to research in the 
area of Radio Studies.
