They: - identify the issues to which libraries and information providers must respond if they are to realise the vision that users will have of services in the future; - highlight the key challenges identified across all sectors of the LIS domain; - set out the steps now to be taken to engage policy-makers and key influencers and to position LISs at the heart of national strategies for the Knowledge Society.
