This is a reminder that CILIP's AGM will be held on Members' Day on Thursday 21 October 2004 at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London starting at 4.30pm. You can find full details of Members' Day on the CILIP website at:

Members are further reminded that any amendments to motions have to be with the Secretary at the Ridgmount Street offices of CILIP by Friday 14 October. Members may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf at the AGM if they are unable to attend themselves - those exercising proxies must be Corporate Members of Cilip themselves (i.e. Honorary Fellow, Chartered Fellow, Chartered Member and Associate Member) and eligible to vote (i.e. they must not have been in arrears with their subscriptions to CILIP on 1 May this year). You will find a copy of the official proxy form on the CILIP website and these need to be lodged with the Secretary at the Ridgmount Street offices of CILIP 48 hours prior to the AGM - that is by 4.30pm on Tuesday 19 October 2004.
