The programme ranges from topical workshops through to essential foundation skills, catering for librarians and information professionals at all stages of their careers. CILIP's training suite is state-of-art and built solely for the purpose of holding training events, ensuring participants have an uninterrupted view of the trainer and the presentations they give. It also allows for good interaction between the participants during discussions. The number of participants is restricted in size to ensure and encourage close interaction between participants and the trainer. All the workshops are facilitated by experienced trainers who are experts in their field.
