Seriously impressive librarians!We did.. My bet beforehand was 3 to 2 on OUP
team on the grounds that OED people would know the meaning of more words
than the BL team. BL team leader in the red shirt (a Mr Smith) was the only
one to declare he was a librarian.  Can't discover if he's a CILIP member,
but if not he should be given an honorary life membership and a medal.
Programme tended to justify my frequent assertion that any good librarian
should be able to talk with absolute certainty on anything for six seconds
and outstanding ones for longer and with pinpoint accuracy.
