Hello I will soon be graduating myself. Unfortunately I can't actually give you any information regarding post-qualification training schemes but just wanted to say what a good idea I think it is. Although Library School teaches the theoretical and organisational side of libraries it lacks the practical aspect that can leave graduates feeling anxious about their first job, particularly in the case of graduates wanting to enter sectors different from that in which they did their pre-library school trainee year.
