thanks for this - sounds very much like us currently.  Do you have any specific arrangements for homeless or travellers at all?  Part of the discussions are based around our need to be socially inclusive, so we will probably have to look closely at this area of membership regulations.

Northumberland asks for one proof of residence; no requirement to live, work or study in County.     Proof can be driving licence, letter from bank, utility bill, benifits book etc.
