In our Action Plan we are committed to reviewing membership procedures by September 2004 to ensure maximum access. In order to do this we need to have a better understanding of what criteria other authorities use for membership - who can join?, what proof of id is required if any? for example. I would be grateful for any authorities who are able to share this information with me, and whether any changes have been made to accommodate the socially excluded. Many thanks David David S.
