Londoners Need to Read - Report Launch Event (PLACES STILL AVAILABLE!) Tuesday 27th July 2004, 6-8pm British Library Conference Centre, 96 Euston Road, London Londoners Need to Read is the title of a new DfES/DCMS-funded research report, exploring the role of libraries, museums and archives in supporting learning for adults with basic skills needs.
