(Apologies for cross posting) Information Officer- 1 year fixed term position Salary: £neg Informal law firm based in the Docklands with a network of international offices specialising in intellectual property seeks enthusiastic, motivated team player used to using own initiative to join our research unit, on a 1 year fixed term contract from May 2004 to May 2005. Duties will include research, assisting in the provision of a current awareness service, serials management, database administration, acquisitions, indexing and filing, updating intranet pages, looseleaf updating, and general library housekeeping. Good inter-personal and communication skills are essential, as is confidence with the internet, online databases and keyboard skills. Legal and business research experience desirable and knowledge of intellectual property sources an advantage.
