Howdy, Many thanks to all for such a quick response. I can see why we are in the 'information biz'. As a summary the majority of replies recommended including the required documents at the start of the portfolio- perhaps with a general heading. Sections 1.4, 6.3, 1.1,1.3, 2.5 were also mentioned. Someone else mailed to suggest including them as an appendix. Regards Shane -about to receive a whole bunch of 'out of office' replies making me jealous of people on holiday. If only it would stop raining, that would be a start! --
