I thought it was the case that the postmark had to be before 31st December?

Dear All,

After having learned that end of December 2004 actually means 23rd December I am now frantically editing my report from 6500 words down to 6000 to have it ready by Wednesday the 22nd. My question is: What do I write on the title page and can I download and use the CILIP logo or is copyright protected? I tought it would look nice. I have seen so many reports that I have forgotten what the wording on the title page is.
