Hi, hope you're all getting okay. I'm about to start tackling my Portfolio,
but have come across something in the instructions that I don't understand.

I'm reading Form APP1 (Page 3) - Part 2: Portfolio of Professional
Development. About half way down the page it suddenly mentions a 'Proforma'
- it says:

"Candidates should clearly indicate which sections/subsections of the
Proforma that the numbered document supports".

Are they talking about the 'evaluation of personal professional development
report' (the 4000 word document)? I thought the Proforma was something done
under earlier regulations (I'm using the 2002 ones).

Can anyone shed any light?
