Tim Coates is the author of the report "Who's in Charge: Responsibility for the Public Library Service". He is currently working with a number of individual councils to help address the needs of their own residents and their circumstances.  He will talk about the lessons that are to be learned from those councils with which he is familiar both in London and outside.

CILIP in London evening meetings are free and open to all with a professional interest in the topic. They are a follow-up to meetings held by CILIP's London and Home Counties Branch and IIS Southern Branch.
