Call for clarification..... I am currently writing up my report and I am having problems with 2.4: ...show how you have gained an understanding of quality issues and liability... Are they referring to quality in terms of only 'quality assurance'? and does liability just suggest 'the law' (data protection, DDA, SENDA, etc) or professional liability or both/something else? If it is 'the law' it also seems to be covered in 4.1! Any tips or suggestions which may help me clarify this question would be a god send - its bound to be very straight forward, but it seems to have developed into one of those questions that I just can't untangle...all subjectivity gone!
