ROYAL ARMOURIES FORT NELSON The Royal Armouries is the National Museum of Arms and Armour. We currently have the following vacancy based in the Catering Department at our Museum at Fort Nelson, near Fareham, Hampshire. Museum Education Assistant Part Time £13650 (pro rata) To assist in delivering the Fort Nelson Education programme, whilst promoting the understanding of the collection and enhancing the reputation of the Royal Armouries. A minimum of two years teaching or experience in working within a Museum Education Department is essential, along with a broad background knowledge of history. The role is 24 hours per week, three days over seven, predominately Tue - Fri, however flexibility is required should occasional weekend work be essential for the programme For further details, please call 0113 2201913 for an application pack.
